Interpretation

This source is useful because it gives a customer-side InterSystems contract-end date linked to Shared Care Record retention. It strengthens the local evidence trail when paired with the local ICS programme scope and the published Collaborative Shared Care Record DPIA.

BSMHFT's FOI 052/2025 response now independently names the InterSystems HealthShare contract across Birmingham and Solihull, Coventry and Warwickshire, and Herefordshire and Worcestershire. It reports a £4 million total value and an April 2029 end date. This supports the wider collaborative contract footprint, but does not establish that every term of the BSOL CCC agreement applies across all three areas. Preserve the date distinction: BCHC says 31 March 2029; BSMHFT says April 2029.
