BSMHFT's FOI 052/2025 response independently identifies InterSystems HealthShare as the Shared Care Record supplier. It describes a £4 million contract spanning Birmingham and Solihull, Coventry and Warwickshire, and Herefordshire and Worcestershire, covering 3.5 million patients, with an end date of April 2029. These are reported contract facts, not an inventory of active feeds or evidence that every West Midlands ICB uses HealthShare.

Evidence Status

Confidence is high for the programme scope described by the local ICS page and the supplier and contract facts reported in the BSMHFT FOI. The ICS page's first-phase and planned-extension wording is not a current feed-by-feed implementation inventory. Use the Collaborative Shared Care Record DPIA for the published processor and architecture model and the BCHC Shared Care Record Privacy Notice for retention wording. The wider collaborative contract does not resolve the separate MERIT contract's post-March 2026 scope.
