Graphify 3D Spatial Map

Use this view to inspect cluster separation and dense cross-linking spatially. It uses the same enhanced graph.json as the 2D map, including named communities, Markdown-link edges, source-reference edges, navigation edges, filesystem edges, and file-reference edges.

Open 3D map full screen

The 3D renderer opens full screen rather than inline because the WebGL scene is heavy enough to destabilize some embedded browser contexts when loaded inside a documentation iframe.

Reading The Map

  • Rotate, zoom, and pan to inspect cluster structure.
  • Use the search box to jump to a node by label, source path, or community name.
  • Toggle contains, links to, source, navigation, filesystem, and file-reference edges independently. The bridge layers are visible by default so repository islands have real structural, source, and path-backed linkages.
  • Green animated edges are Markdown links to relationships.
  • Blue source edges connect pages through shared SRC-### evidence.
  • Purple navigation edges show MkDocs nav hierarchy.
  • Grey filesystem edges connect files through repository directories.
  • Violet file-reference edges connect docs and config to explicitly mentioned repository files.
  • Dimmer edges are Graphify structural relationships.
