The Provider Directory example is historical (2019). A verified public TrakCare Lab Enterprise screen was not found in this review; its laboratory section retains the product explanation.
Current Version and Assurance Boundaries
The 2026-09-08 review confirms IRIS for Health / Health Connect 2026.2 general availability as a Continuous Delivery release, while HealthShare's public component documentation index remains 2026.1. Software release evidence does not establish managed-cloud tenant rollout.
The portfolio also now has a vendor EU MDR Class IIa statement for IntelliCare and TrakCare, plus customer-reported EMC IntelliCare implementation and named UAE, Saudi and Chilean adoption announcements; use the IntelliCare page for certificate and deployment-status distinctions (SRC-007, SRC-299, SRC-337 to SRC-340). Current HealthShare support alerts add specific version, permission, consent, FHIR and SSO checks without changing the component taxonomy.

- Technical documentation now supports selected FHIR, OMOP, SDA/CDA, and HealthShare component boundaries, but hosting, security, licensing, support, customer configuration, and operational outcomes still need product, commercial, or customer material before use in decision support.
